This property is walking distance from five churches and all the downtown shops, dining, and antique stores. Schools are West Monroe High (go Rebels!) and the new River Bend Elementary. The bus stops one door down.
More info: All three bedrooms have light tan paint with white trim and matching carpet in good condition. The kitchen floor is being replaced with a whitish one next week. There are two gas space heaters available for emergencies (electricity failure), and five inside ceiling fans. All windows have storm windows and blinds. A refrigerator and a stove are included. The city water bill is paid by owner.
